Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on jewellery for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

However, if you have chosen the wrong ring or bracelet size, we can offer you an exchange for another size, with the condition that it’s returned in its original condition and packaging.

We only accept returns for items that are deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at contact@leonellojewellery.com with your order number and clear images of the issue. Each request will be reviewed to ensure it meets our policy.

Where a product is confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and sent back in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of lodging.

All return shipping costs & handling charges are to be paid in full by the customer in the case of an exchange. In the event of a return, shipping costs will be covered by us. 

Domestic return shipping is $15 AUD.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

Leonello Jewellery provides a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers repair or restoration for pieces that are found to have a manufacturing fault. To submit a warranty claim, contact us at contact@leonellojewellery.com, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Please be aware that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear from regular use, or tarnishing caused by exposure to chlorine, chemicals, perfumes, soaps, shampoos, or similar products. It also does not apply to lost items or stolen items, natural fading over time, or pieces that have become bent or misshapen due to improper handling or excessive wear or damage resulting from failure to follow our recommended jewellery care guidelines.
