Shipping policy

All our orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

Dispatch for standard deliveries is 2-3 business days, and for express is 1-2 business days. All delivery timeframes are based on after dispatch. 

Australia

Australia Post Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (estimated 1–5 business days)

Australia Post Express Shipping: $15 AUD (estimated 1–3 business days)

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays. 

International

Australia Post International Standard: $40 AUD (estimated 3-22 business days)

For international customers, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping courier may not release the parcel without prior payment of these fees.

Leonello Jewellery is not liable for any delays/issues after handing over delivery to the courier, but we are always here to help as much as we can.
